Nose job vs. change of the facial expression

What should I do to improve the shape of my nose without changing the expression of my face?

The best is to listen to surgeon opinion which takes into consideration the proportions of the face. If you do not ask for big cahnges in the nose, the facial expression will not be affected.

visit at least three plastic surgeons. that is a big action, after that, you will have a much more clear knowledge about one hundred parameters of the face, and twenty on the nose. i believe, that you will be satisfied.

If you desire minor change, facial expressions will not change. So, you should go for a minor simplified rhinoplasty, and discuss this option with your cosmetic surgeon.

The nose stays in the middle of the face, getting into relationships with almost all the main other aesthetical structures. It is quite impossible to perform a rhinoplasty without changing face expression.
The important thing is to get a "natural" nose shape, not a "surgical" one. No one should realize that a rhinoplasty has been performed.
