Under what circumstances does health insurance contribute to nose surgery?

I have a deformed nose after a bad trauma. Is it possible that the health insurance company will pay for my nose surgery? Under what circumstances will health insurance cover the surgery?

This vary from country to country. If there is associated severe septal deviation, there are higher chances to tget the insurance approval.
