I know that every operation has its risks. I fear that the surgery could lead to nasal obstruction or scarring and deformation of the nose. What are the most common complications of nose surgery and how often do they occur?
What are the main risks of nose surgery?

Inded, the main risks are aesthetic defects and breathing issues after a rhinoplasty. They occur more frequently if the surgeon isn't specialized in rhinoplasty. Surveys have showned that the revision rate is between 3-10% for surgeons performing mostly rhinoplasty. On the other hand, plastic surgeons or ENT doing ocasionally rhinoplasty have a revision rate superior to 33% and a very high unsatisfaction rate!
