The preop consultation usually lasts about one hour.

First I'm asking the patient's requests and for secondary surgery, analyse the previous pictures and operating records with the patient.
I then take photos on different views
I also analyse the breathing, look inside the nose with a speculum and when necessary with a nasofibroscope.
Then, I analyse the nose on the computer with the patient and do simulation on diferent views.
We see what's achievable or not, taking in account the skin and morphologic features of the nose.
Finally, I show examples of similar noses, with the early and late results.
And then we go throughout the operation, its preparation and the follow up.

After that, you'll see my assistant and patient coordinator for any other question and to see how to prepare the operation (clinic, anesthesiologist, preop screening, radios or CT scan if necessary...)

My fees for a first consultation are 100 euros; all the following consultations are fre.

Ususally during the consultation, the surgeon ask you about your health status, and what would you like to change in the nose. The surgean examine the nose, from outside and inside and check the respiration through the nostril. A simulation before/after can be done. FOr certain cases, CT scan can be suggested for better evaluation. The consultataion fee range from 20-40 E.

Some hospitals charge a review of some no.Surgeon will ask you various questions and examine the nasal passages and tell you what can be done .He will give you all the instructions for the preoperative preparation.
