Lumps and redness after filler injection

I underwent line filling around the lip (juvederm) three weeks ago, but lumps have formed at the injection site which are a bit reddish. What is the cause? Will the lumps disappear themselves and when?

The possibility of infection should be ruled out, occasional local low level reaction might be present. The best thing you to do is to visit your physician for re-evaluation and management. please don't neglect.
