It is best to wait 6-8 months before considering a second rhinoplasty. The swelling and wounds need to heal. I would like to recommend you to come back to your surgeon at first in way to give you another chance. If it´s not possible you must chosse your belivable surgeon to guide you.

We mustn´t be not elegant with another colleague. We must try to leave you come back. Cause it´s too dificult for several appointments we could make here and we have to hold our wishing to wanna treat her.

Surgeons have several opinions in practice for several determinants.

In general we wait 6 months and anothers prefer to do them 01 year or 1,5 or 2 years. Depends on of the conditions of the nose,skin, cartilage, osteal aspects, outpatients expectative/depression, anatomical changes, a lot of factors evolved...eventual association with support of psychological therapy is interesting to help you too...help both outpatint and surgeon...
