Dear Bobi79, You don´t have to be afraid of losing muscle tissue after liposuction, there´s no way how to eliminate muscles, only fat is suctioned. There could be tumescent liposuction the right choice but with no examination or photos at least it´s impossible to give You the exact answer. Kind regards.

Dear "Bobi",
In our Clinic we perform PAL with MicroAire. There is no risk of the muscle lost. We perform also the tummy tuck but I am not sure if we will be able to combine those two procedures in one operative session ?

Why not utilize your bodybuilding training to convert these remaining fats into muscles? Maybe it just needs more intense training to do that. :-)

Shiela,it's a good point and I've no problem with my cut and bulk cycles as I know how to do it and I'm pleased with results, but from loosing a lot of weight I am left with loose skin and there is no alternative.

Liposuction deffinitly won't cause any muscel loss, it is always recomended to lose as much fat as possible before commiting to surgery. If your waight has been stable for the past two years then you qualify perfectly for lipo. As for the method, the surgeon should make that decision after examining your body in a consultation. As for combinin lipo and a tummy tuck, it is not unusual but you should beare in mind that it is not recomended to work on more then one body part at one time (a.i. Arms and tummy at one time).
It would be helpful if you could send us some photos of the areas of your body you are concerned about so we can make a initial examination.
