i perform the 2 procedures both, and is my opinion that VASER sistem is best for liposculture

That depends on where you have it and how much fat you want to have removed.
Water-jet assisted liposuction is very precise and atraumatic.
We have observed that recovery scores are about 60% less than for "normal" liposuction, and because of i's precision far better results can be achieved.
A further advantage of WAL is that the fat removed can be used for fat transfer.
However, WAL does not do anything to the skin, so flobby skin can be a problem after large far removals
Vaser effects some skin tightening (likewise laser), which is beneficial in certain areas (f.e. innner thighs).
However, it is slower to perform in large lipos and the fat removed cannot be used for transfer any more.
I prefer to use a combination: for the deep layers of fat I use Body Jet WAL, to safely remove large deposits, and then i sculpre the superficial layers with laser, for skin retraction
