I decided that I wanted breast implant surgery after my best friend had her breasts enlarged and looked great. It took me a while to convince myself. I had been warned about the feelings of euphoria and then being depressed, and I was not totally flat so the whole surgery issue made me nervous but I had a great doctor and honestly I was happy from the day the bandages came off and ever since (this was two years ago). I went from a small B to a D cup. The only people who commented on the change were my boyfriend and some girls at the gym, to everyone else I just looked better and more healthy but they couldn't tell what was the difference. Very happy I did it.
