I had my facelift on 29 Jan. and today my last stitches are being removed. I'm very fair and did bruise a lot but I purchased Arnica thru their office and it has helped to reduce the bruising and swelling immensley. Iht think by Sunday all my bruising will be yellow. I had pain after the initial surgery and stayed in the hospital that hey administered pain meds whih helped a lot. I did not stay at their house as My husband and I were booked into a resort. I came to Cancun to investigate this surgery and talk to the surgeon, Dr. Gonzales. My husband and I were so immpressed by the Doctor that I choose to have the surgery within a week. What impressed me the most was I felt the Doctor was able to look at my face and immediatley tell me the procedures I would need and how that would improve my looks. I went from looking very tired to looking about 15 years younger-far more than I thought possible. I am thrilled with the results. I did check Dr. Gonzales credentials and was aware that he is associated with the American Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons Association. I felt immediate confidence and trust when I talked to the Doctor and felt he was extremely conciencious about his work - he had Robin and Katie who both speak perfect english in with us to make sure we knew got all our questions fully answered. He does the procedures and checks the results. Katie was very helpful with appts. and transportation. She is a lovely person and warm hearted. Other staff, Robin etc. were very good as well. Some recommedations are no asprin, vitamins or green tea 10 days before surgery. Bring a light scarf that you can use when you are bruised. Think positive. Understand that you will have much swelling after the surgery but it goes away more each day and the results are fabulous. Good luck! Dr. Gonzales is certainly a Doctor I would recommend for this surgery.

This is a letter of appreciation and recommendation for the fantastic support and treatment I received from perfectionmakover I have always been self-conscious about my nose and my lack of breasts and had tried everything from 'breast-enhancing pills' to padded bras without any success. Surgery had always been at the back of my mind but I was really nervous about actually going through with it as it seemed so drastic. Alongside this I was apprehensive as to what friends and family would say. I looked at many websites before I came across perfectionmakeover which was honest, straight forward and answered all my questions upfront. Having decided to go ahead with the operation (still very apprehensive) and having spoken to their consultant , I travelled alone to cancun. I was met immediately off the plane by a driver who took me to my hotel . The next day I met with the surgeon and following a thorough consultation decided that I definitely wanted to go ahead with the surgery. The surgeon was amazing from the start; very honest about what could be done and so caring. Following a thorough medical and blood tests I went into surgery. I stayed in over night and the nurses were amazing looking after me all night. Six weeks later I am thrilled with the operation (my breasts look and feel completely natural) and my nose look just perfect plus the chin augmentation that i decide to have at the last minute and I am so happy. I have been very impressed with the high quality personal service and quality of surgery. The surgeon was just fantastic and having been through an emotional rollercoaster as to whether to go through with surgery I am so glad I did and would not hesitate in recommending perfection makeover to all my friends. I couldn't be more happy with the care and expertise given from Fernando, Sylwia (hair technicians), Karen , the surgeons and staff from Perfection make-over cancun! Shortly after my first procedure in Jan 2012 ,doing the front region of my head area,I was concerned that the surgery might have been a waste of time as the hair from my new grafts had fallen out and were growing so slowly...it was about 6 months time after surgery that I started seeing a real difference in hair volume and density,making my trip and all our efforts well worth while! I have just finished my second mega-session now in Jan 2013 and I am very confident with my future results of my new crown area grafts. After I had come in for my original consultation in Oct 2012, the clinic started organizing my first surgery with a lady doctor from Guadalajara but thankfully in that time between consultation and first surgery, Fernando and Sylwia came along and handled my transplants instead of the Dr. from Guadalajara ... For several years I had been suffering from a capsular contracture surrounding both of my breast implants, making a second surgery inevitable. At Perfection Clinic I had both capsules removed and my implants exchanged by Dr. Gonzalez Cepeda. I found the clinic on the internet while being in Mexico already, contacted them by e-mail and got an immediate and very friendly response by patient coordinator Paty. She gave me all the information I needed including a quotation, we made an appointment for a consultation, and a few days later she picked me up from the Cancun bus station. From this first contact on, Paty was incredibly helpful and caring, translating for me while consulting with Dr. Gonzalez Cepeda and always making sure I get all my questions answered and feel safe and welcome before, during and after the surgery. Dr. Gonzalez Cepeda is a very experienced, friendly and trustworthy surgeon, who respected my opinions and wishes and cared greatly about finding a satisfying solution to my problem. All the other clinic staff from receptionists to nurses do a wonderful and competent job as well, always having a warm smile on their face and making the patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. A delicious chicken soup after the surgery and a very relaxing massage were just some of the generous extras I was able to enjoy. I must admit that I had not received such pleasant service during my previous treatment in Germany. All in all I can only recommend Perfection Clinic, and I would return for treatments anytime. Cosmetic surgery in the United States can be extremely pricey, so I started to look into medical tourism. I came across Perfection Makeover on the internet and spoke to Ruth who was very friendly and gave me excellent quote! She directed me with Robyn, a patient coordinator. It turned out Robyn was originally from the same state as me and she was also patient of Dr. Alfonso Gonzalez Cepeda and spoke very highly from him. I was initially very scared of going to another country for surgery. I asked Robyn a ton of questions via e-mail for literally about a month and she always responded to my inquiries promptly and honest which set my mind at ease. She told me not to worry about anything and she will be with me every step of the way. I arranged to have breast implants, liposuction, MACS lift and Erbium Laser done. When I exited the airport I was greeted by Robyn. She drove me everywhere - appointments to and from the clinic, supermarket, pharmacy and hospital for tests. I met Dr. Alfonso Gonzalez Cepeda and Ruth the first day I arrived and was very happy with how pleasant and professional they were. I was given a tour of the clinic and was happy to see it was very nice and had great equipment. I went into surgery feeling comfortable with everything and woke up feeling the same. I woke up from the anesthesia and said "I don't feel a thing". I got a bit nauseous from the anesthesia because I was under for quite some time, but had practically no pain!! I was amazed with the results, just like Robyn said that I would be. I was very concerned about the breast implant pain, because I was getting it placed under the muscle and many people have compared it to an elephant sitting on your chest. It felt as if I had just worked out my chest at the gym?on scale 1-10, the pain was a 2! I must have said how amazed I was 20 times! Dr. Alfonso Gonzalez Cepeda is a truly talented artist!!! He has sculpted my body in such natural and beautiful way. He uses techniques which make the patient as comfortable as possible. The nurses are great and very gentle as well. Thank you for your hospitality. Mariana was an excellent personal assistant. From the time I arrive in Mexico I felt as if I was home. I had some challenges making my flight because of the bad winter weather in Ohio. I emailed Mariana, and also phoned her of my flight changes. She was very accommodating, and still was able to pick me on time. Once I arrived in country I immediately went to the office and meet with the doctor and staff. Everyone at the front desk was wonderful. I have to mention my girl Robyn she was great. The nurses were very knowledgeable and patient. The doctor was the best of the best, very friendly, down to earth, and a true craftsman. I felt like the Perfection clinic was my family. I stayed at Nay Tanakuul Hotel. It is smaller newer hotel, but very peaceful if you just wish to have privacy and to be comfortable. I highly recommend it. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, and accommodating. The next day after my arrival I had my surgery. I had 4 liters of fat removed under general anesthesia through UAL liposuction. You can see and instant change in my body. The surgery went well, actually way better than I anticipated. I was quite surprised. The Ultrasound therapy is a must, the technician was wonderful. I rate Perfection Clinic A++ across the board, excellent in customer service & cleanliness. If I decided to have surgery again; I will make the trip to Perfection Clinic. I am so thankful that I found Perfection Makeover and Laser Center in Cancun, Mexico for my breast augmentation. I had researched local plastic surgeons and been considering having the surgery for over a year. I was unhappy with the price and lack of personal care provided by the clinics I contacted here in Vancouver. I had already booked a Christmas vacation to Cancun and thought I should look into having my BA done there. From the first day I contacted the clinic I have nothing but positive things to say. Their patient coordinator, Paty, made feel at ease and explained all the details of my appointments coming up. She picked me up and dropped me off for each appointment from my resort to the clinic, as well as being the before the surgery and taking great care of me. My surgeon, Dr. Gonzalez, was amazing. He is very professional and knows exactly what to do to get the best results. After explaining my wishes regarding size and projection I went with this recommendation of placement and cc's, and ended up happier that I could have imagine with the outcome. Dr. Gonzalez really listened and knew what I wanted. His demeanor is very sure of himself, and for good reason- he knows what he's doing! I recommend his highly skilled and well honed surgical ability. If I ever need another procedure done, I will go back to him. Adding up the cost savings, great service, nurses and clinic staff, and fabulous results, as well as recovering in a tropical paradise with maid service and all meals prepared, it makes perfect sense to go away for surgery and enjoy a relaxing and much easier recovery! We first contacted Perfection in September of 2009 when we were looking for a clinic in Cancun that could perform an Otoplasty surgery for our 12 year old son. From that point until the actual surgery in December, my husband and I felt that everything was dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Paty Arcienega was our care coordinator and from the beginning of our dealings with Perfection, she was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. Upon arrival in Cancun Paty was waiting for us at the airport. It is always a little intimidating going to a new country but she made us feel at ease right away. She took us to the condo that we had rented on the internet and it ended up being entirely unsuitable. Instead of just dropping us off, Paty look us around and found us a very nice place to stay. We could tell that she was very tired, nonetheless, she would not leave us until we found decent lodging. She is, in one word, WONDERFUL. We could tell that we were not just "one more face" or "one more surgery", we were important as people. All of the staff members that we dealt with were very professional, very sincere, and very caring. They all helped my son to feel comfortable, eased his fears and treated him with dignity and respect. Dr. Gonzalez is very confident and skilled at what he does. My son's ears look so nice and he is very happy with the results! He has been embarrassed by them, and has been made fun of by other kinds for a long time and we appreciate the fine job that Dr. Gonzalez did! I researched extensively and Perfection got great reviews. I discovered that Dr. Gonzales is highly respected in the medical community and travels around the globe to continually further his education and improve his procedures. I have already recommended Perfection to 2 friends of mine and will continue to do so when the opportunity arises. Karen Chan is a phenomenal Coordinator/Manager who goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure her patients' every need is taken care of. The nursing staff at Perfection is wonderful. Before coming to Cancun for my breast implant surgery I was in contact with my patient co-ordinator who provided me with all the information needed & answered any questions that I had. I met Dr Gonzalez & his nurses the day before my surgery. He made sure we were both on the same wave length for what I was looking for, he did't give my any false expectations. The Dr & my co-ordinator made sure I was aware & understood how important my post care was. From before I arrived to now I have been in full contact with my co-ordinator, she was with me at all of my appts with the Dr and assisted me when ever i needed help. I would highly recommend listening to the Dr when he advises to have the ultrasound therapy after surgery, I believe my recover time, swelling and bruising was greatly improved. I have always wanted larger breast for confidence reasons, I am so happy with the results.

Hello, I was a patient (Lipo & T. Tuck) at Dr. Gonzalez Clinic. I loved the experience working with everyone at Perfection. I loved that I had someone looking after all the details from the moment I arrived to the date of my departure. I felt that the process was very smooth and I just had to concentrate on healing after the surgery. My results are fantastic so far and it hasn't been a full two weeks yet. There are already some clothes that I am no longer able to fit into and can’t wait to see how everything works out over the coming months. I just love it!, I am very happy with my surgery!, He change my life, I had a tummy tuck done a couple months ago, since I had my last baby I wanted to have this procedure done, I have dream to have a flat belly again. Since I contact them, Yona and International Patient Coordinator response so quickly, and she guide me in every step of the process, she was giving me support so I felt very confident, also the nurse team, they are awesome, they treat you with so much care. And as soon as I met Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Valdez, they make me feel safe, and secure about doing it, I knew I was in the right place!. They are very professional, very committed to their work. And the fact that I was in Cancun I mean I can´t complain. Yona receive me at the airport with a sign with my name on it, so that makes me feel that she was taking care of me, because when you travel to another country you are a little affraid, so because I was in touch with her already it was nice to have someone familiar since the beginning. Then she took me to my Hotel in Cancun downtown, and either she of the driver was always picking me up to take me to the labs, cardiologist, doctors appoitnemts, my surgery, etc... Then the after surgery appointments was very nice, they explained everything to me in detail, and If I had a question, they always answer to me and Yona took the time to explain to me, as well as Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Valdez. Dr. Gonzalez has a lot of experience, he is been performing surgeries for to many years and I felt secure in his hands, I love the fact that he has 5 certifications, and one of them is the ASAPS, I was researching before I choose the Doctor, and I felt very confident about choosing him because his credentials, and experience. If you are thinking in having a procedure done in México, I strongly recommend Dr. Alfonso Gonzalez and his team in Perfection Makeover & Laser Center. He has a very competitive prices, the only thing I can suggest you is not to go with the prices, but with the Doctor´s experiences, I learned from before that If you go for the cheap price, you will defenitely will have cheap results.
