Following training and Board Certification in General and Vascular Surgery, Dr. Celin trained in Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at the Harvard University, the University of Kentucky, and the New York University. He trained in Cosmetic / Aesthetic Surgery under Tom D Rees MD at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in NY City. Dr. Celin is a Clinical Associate Professor in the department of plastic surgery at the University of Virginia. He spends some time each year in medical missionary work in under-developed countries.
Dr. Celin has been in practice since 1982.
