Institute of Aesthetic Medicine belongs to the biggest clinics of its type in the Czech Republic. Thanks to long lasting experience, newest knowledge and very specialized surgeons in the field of aesthetic medicine it offers full range of services with the usage of most modern machine equipment.
Institute of Aesthetic Medicine provides its services at several departments – in Prague in the premises of Emauzy monastery, in Karlovy Vary and in Center of Laser and Aesthetic Dermatology in Katerinska street in Prague 2.

Characteristic
There are performed treatments and procedures in the field of corrective dermatology and laser therapy – treatment of undesired skin defects and diseases (pigmentation, nevus, fibromas, warts, vein problems), solving of aging symptoms, application of botulinum toxin and skin implants (wrinkle correction, lip modification and facial contouring). We perform examination of pigment nevus (birthmarks) with the help of the most modern imaging technique. The clinic is equipped with most modern machine equipment including broad range of laser devices for the use in medicine and in aesthetic dermatology (vascular, erbium, epilation, surgical CO2 laser, Q-switch ruby laser). It disposes with surgical room for procedures of dermatological surgery.
The department of laser therapy was elected as Reference and training place by a company Asclepion Meditec AG (Aesthetic Group) for Central ad Eastern Europe and Karolina Kykalova M.D. and Miloslava Prokopova Moskalykova are training surgeons there.
As a part of system of postgraduate education of surgeons there are trained surgeons in the field of corrective and aesthetic dermatology. The training is performed under Department of Corrective Dermatology of Faculty of medicine of Charles University Prague.
We specialize on:
Laser therapy – removal of skin growths, pigment nevus with surgical laser, skin rejuvenation, removal of wrinkles and scars after acne, epilation. There is also vascular laser at disposal (it is suitable for removal of tiny red vessels on face and also for removal of blue micro varicose veins on legs). We also offer laser removal of pigment stains (e.g. sun stains on the outer side of hands), tattoos and permanent make up.
Corrective dermatology – removal of skin defects, application of skin implants (lip enhancement, correction of contours of cheeks or chin, wrinkle filling), sclerotization of vessels, application of botulinum toxin, chemical peel, acne treatment, examination of pigment nevus with digital dermoscope, microdermabrasion.

Laser therapy - The department of laser therapy was elected as Reference and training place by a company Asclepion Meditec AG (Aesthetic Group) for Central ad Eastern Europe and Karolina Kykalova M.D. and Miloslava Prokopova Moskalykova are trainers there. Machine equipment includes also full range of laser devices for the use in medicine and cosmetology. There is vascular, erbium, epilation laser and laser for removal of tattoo, permanent make up and colored stains from the best producers of this technique from all over the world. Novelty presents fraction laser for skin rejuvenation!
At present our clients have at disposal:

Every procedure at our clinic precedes consultation with a surgeon. He/she will state if it is possible to perform desired procedure. He/she will set the extent and type of surgery after consultation with the patient. By larger procedures with necessary (or requested) general anesthesia the patient must undergo internal pre-surgical examination set by a surgeon. It is necessary to book the consultation in advance.
Individual consultation in other time than working hours is possible also only after preliminary booking!
The price of the consultation is 300 CZK.
