Mr Pavel Denishchuk was born in 1962.  Has graduated from Ternopol State Medical University specializing in surgery in 1986. From 1987 till 1990 had been working as an ordination surgeon at the Goshchansk Central Regional Hospital, which is in Rovenskaya oblast, Ukraine. During this time, the Doctor has obtained his first experience in independent surgery, working as self-contained specialist.

During the period of 1990 - 1992 the surgeon Denishchuk was under clinical surgery traineeship at the department of Surgery faculty at Kiev State Medical University. Upon graduation he obtained the Degree of Surgeon of Supreme Category.

From 1992 till 1997 Mr Denishchuk had been working as an ordination surgeon at the Obukhov Central Regional Hospital. For this period the doctor has carried out more than 1500 surgeries. He was often saving people’s lives. Working as an urgent surgeon, the doctor was successfully operating on wounded hearts with further recovery of the patients. Also frequently in his practice he came across polytraumas, including cranial, abdominal injuries with fractures of internal organs. Also he had to deal with inflammatory processes which required immediate diagnosis and prompt intervention. During this entire period the broad experience had been accumulated, Mr Denishchuk had obtained skills in torokal and abdominal, vascular and neurosurgery. For long-standing practice doctor has always paid special attention to the quality of healing of skin wounds, so that together with medical, the aesthetical result has always been essential for him. Talented individuals are talented in everything. Desire for aesthetics and improvement inspires Mr Denishchuk to work in the field plastic surgery.

It was in 1997 that Doctor Denishchuk together with his partners organized Ana-CosMo Clinic. Plastic and aesthetic surgery has become the  main direction of the Clinic.

In the same time frame, under the supervision of professor Milanov, the Doctor was a full-time trainee in plastic reconstructive and aesthetical surgery and microsurgery at the Russian Science Center of Surgery of Russian Medical Academy of Science.

Since 2002, Mr Denishchuk is the member of all-Ukrainian association of plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgeons. Annually he participates in congresses and intensive training courses and seminars on plastic surgery under the auspices of All-Ukrainian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgeons.

In 2003 he became the member of the Assembly of plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgeons of Russia. He is a constant active member of the congresses and conferences organized by the Assembly.

In 2004 he attended a full-time internship for rhinoplasty in Yaroslavl, Russia (under the supervision of Professor Pshenisnov), where he broadened his knowledge and skills in the field of plastic surgery.

In 2005 I was on the Intensive Course of Rhinoplasty under the aegis of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.

2004 - participant of the symposium on plastic surgery in Heidelberg, Germany.

2005 - participant of an intensive course on rhinoplasty under the auspices of Facial Plastic Surgery EAFPS.

2005 – participated in the intensive Course of Plastic Surgery under the supervision of Gonzalo Bosch.

2005 – participated in the intensive Course of Plastic Surgery under the supervision of Gonzalo Bosch.

2005 – was the participant of an intensive course on plastic and reconstructive surgery on the theme: "Surgical Facial Rejuvenation. Rhinoplasty. Otoplasty (led by prof. V. Gubisha and E. Beemer).

For the period from 2003 to 2008 Doctor Denishchuk carried out more than 500 operations in rhinoplasty. Simultaneous operations on the correction of external nose and improvement of nasal breathing is a specialty and peculiar feature of the surgeries carried our by Mr Denishchuk.  Such kinds of operations bring good and stable results.

In the February of 2006 he was the participant of symposium held in Tucson, Arizona, USA, main thesis and topic of which was:  aesthetic facial reconstructive surgery for adults and children. Organizer of the gathering: AAPS (American Association of Plastic Surgeons).

In 2006 Mr Denishchuk was the participant of the Congress IAAPS International Society of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery) in Brazil. In November 2006 – the members of 50-th anniversary of the Congress of Plastic Surgeons in Florida. Organizer of the event was AAPS (American Association of Plastic Surgeons).

In 2007 he was the participant of the IPRAS Congress (International Plastic and Reconstructive, Aesthetic Surgeons Assembly) held in Berlin, Germany; participant of the 2nd (2001)? 3rd (2002), 4th (2003) international Congresses on plastic and reconstructive and aesthetic surgery held in Russia; participant of the educational seminar on mammoplasty and mastopexy (under the supervision of prof. Heden).

During the period from 2004 to 2008 the doctor carried out more than 450 operations in the area of female breast forms correction.

2007 - participant of the first master-class within the educational program of the International Society of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery based on the thesis of "Functional and Aesthetic Rhinoplasty", Odessa, Ukraine.

In July, 2008 Mr Pavel Denishchuk  was participating in the 5th international training course on plastic surgery in Ekaterinburg, Russia presented by ISAPS.

In 2006 he was a member of the 9th intensive course on plastic and reconstructive surgery based on the theme of "Ligature surgery of face and breasts. Surgery of involutional changes of face and breasts. He addressed the first scientific-practical conference "Topical issues of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery" in 2002 with the research on "Ultrasound lipoaspiration and its possibilities".

The surgeon was the first in Ukraine to carry put the surgery on ultrasonic lipoaspiration in 2002. During the period from 2002 to 2008 he carried out more than 800 of such operations.

In the year 2006 Mr Denishchuk addressed the audience with a report work “Ultrasound technologies in plastic surgery. Six years experience. Faults. Complications, solving challenging cases” within the second science practical conference of plastic surgeons and aesthetic medicine.

In 2004 the doctor gave presentations to the first Congress of Ukrainian Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons. The topics of the presentations were as following:

• Comparative characteristics of preparations for contour plastics. Lipofilling;

• Trans-conjunctive  blepharoplasty its role in aesthetic surgery of periorbital area;

• Experience of first applying ultrasonic technology in challenging situations;

Together with Mrs Oksana Denischuk, doctor-dermatocosmetologist, he presented the report titled "Ozone therapy, mesotherapy and hirudotherapy in the early rehabilitation period after the plastic surgery". In September 2006, he addressed the audience of the 5th European Congress of aesthetic medicine in Krakow , Poland with two reports:

• Ultrasonic disintegration as a radical method of treatment of axillary hyperhidrosis.

• Ultrasonic technologies in plastic surgery.

In 2006 Mr Denishchuk addressed the audience of the 2nd all-Ukrainian Science Practical Conference “Standardization of methods of treatment in plastic and reconstructive surgery” with the following reports:

• Peculiar features of plum face rejuvenation.

• Ultrasonic disintegration as a radical method of treatment of axillary hyperhidrosis.

• Standardization and methodology of ultrasonic technology in plastic and aesthetic surgery.

In October 2008 in the framework of the 2nd   VAPREH Congress reported on the thesis "New methods of diagnosis, prevention and surgical treatment of primary hyperhidrosis". Mr Pavel Denishchuk being the first one in Ukraine on the bases of Ana-CosMo clinic to introduce and expand the possibilities of ultrasonic technology in plastic surgery. He has developed and patented a special cannula for the radical treatment of primary axillary hyperhidrosis (Patent ¹ 28997)

First in Ukraine he has introduced a method of gas chromatographic analysis of fatty acid composition of sweat lipids for the diagnosis of primary hyperhidrosis. This is a non-invasive and informative method of extending the possibilities of prevention, diagnosis and treatment of primary hyperhidrosis. This method also received a patent.   In the year 2008 he was accepted as a member of ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery).

At present Mr Pavel Denishchuk is one of the most successful surgeons, all this thanks to the fact that he has found a more significant meaning of the surgery, this is an idea of serving an important idea, serving people. In this concept of his life he found happiness. The most significant for this person is to be true and sincere with himself and his vocation.
