LIPOSTRUCTURING (LIPOFILLING, FAT TRANSFERE) USING ENRICHED SERUM BY GROWTH FACTORS AND STEM CELLS

Traditional fat grafting has been used for decades with varying degrees of success, many surgeons find autologus fat grafting to be unpredictable at best (reports of 30 -90 % graft survival). ENDOTINE

Endotine is a system developed in USA by Coapt Systems,Inc.Palo Alto,California,that uses super soft absorbable implants inserted under the skin to hold soft tissues in desired lifted position. Fibrous structures start to form in the hypodermis after the procedure.The secure tissue in its place and remain,even after the implant is fully absorbed.The implants are inserted with the help o tiny incisions.The patented design of the implants guarantees a safe tissue attachment in the new position.Moreover it anbles the position of the tissue to easily change in order to achieve the optimal position and correction.The Endotine system was patented in the year 2006 and it was introduced to Czech Republic by Dr.Petr J.Vasek in the year 2007.

SURGIWIRE

This patented device invented by Coapt Technologies (a US firm), is comprised of two small needles connected by a very thin wire. The needles are strategically inserted just under the skin and the wire is threaded around the line and moved through the underlying tissue. The wire is completely removed, and once the tissue connections are separated, the facial line instantly releases. There are no incisions. This is a technique has been developed to reduce or eliminate prominent contour depressions, lines and scars on the face. In the Czech Republic, this procedure was first used by Dr. Petr Vasek MD in 2007.

LASER FACE LIFT (LASER ASSISTED NECK LIFT, LASER FACIALSCULPTING, LASER SMART LIFTING)

Less invasive procedures for facial rejuvenation are becoming more and more popular. We describe a minimally invasive “laser face and neck lift“ that utilizes minimal access incisions, no general anesthesia, and internal aesthetic laser to disesct in the plane between skin and subcutaneous fat and platysma. The procedure relies on laser lypolysis and skin tightening via dermal heating as well. The procedure is well tolerated and not complicated and gives long- lasting results. The Laser Face Lift is less invasive treatment with acceptable efficacy, reduced downtime, shorter recovery, and lower cost compared with the traditional Face-Lift.

SUBCUTANEOUS LASER TREATMENT FOR AXILLARY OSMIDROSIS (EXCESSIVE SWEATING) – A NEW TECHNIQUE

Axillary osmidrosis is distressing condition that can pose significant social embarrassment. Conservative treatments such as topical agents, systemic agents and botulinum toxin are only temporarily effective and may lead to surgical treatment. However, surgical interventions using gland excision or liposuction have associated downtimes and complications that may by unacceptable for treatment of a benign condition. We are presenting a new technique, subcutaneous application of pulsed neodymium: yttrium-aluminum-garnet laser for ablation of the sweat glands. We are using Smart Liposuction (DEKA, Florence, Italy) laser on an outpatient basis with local anesthesia. Subcutaneous laser treatment seems to be superior with regards to downtime and postoperative emmobilisation. The method has a long lasting effect and is safe.
