Renata Handlová M.D.
She graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine of Charles University in Prague in 1986. She worked at the 1st Eye clinic of Všeobecná Fakultní Nemocnice in Prague until 1994. She has been working as a specialist at Eye Clinic of Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady since. She has been specialised in dermatology as supplemental specialization since 1998. She has taken part at a number of special trainings in this field:
Q-med aesthetics course focused on the application of hyaluron acid in aesthetic indication (Restylane etc.)
Beaufour Ipsen International Course focused on dermatologic and plastic surgery application of botulotoxine in 2000 (Dysport)
Neomed course focused on the indication and application of botulotoxine (Botox)
Beaufour Ipsen International Course focused on application of synthetic cushioning materials
Neostrata Course focused on chemical peeling; holder of certificate enabling laser use in aesthetic indications.
Dr Handlova underwent 4 weeks internship at the Clinic of Plastic surgery of Dr. Scott Wehler in Saint Petersburg Florida.
She participates in numerous symposiums both in the country and abroad. Due to her eye practice as an ophthalmologist she has great experience with anatomy of face and function of groups of muscles surrounding eyes, which is crucial for effective application of botulotoxine.

Complexion rejuvenation by mesotherapy, botulotoxine application, injection implants (hylauron acid, hydroxyapatit, acrylate implants). Smoothing of nasolabial lines and treatment of transverse lines on upper lip in women after forty.
Treatment of acne, widened pores and unwanted pigmentation by means of chemical peeling under supervision of a specialist.
Eye examination: complete eye examination with refraction and eye pressure measuring, examination of dioptric correction both for near and distant vision, slit lamp examination, retina and vitreous body examination. Possibility of examination in mydriasis (dilatation of the pupil by drops) to diagnose stage of diabetic retinopathy, senile macular degeneration and other retinal diseases.
