Dr. Manuel Gutierrez
Dr. Manuel Gutierrez is a Board Certified Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeon and a member of the Mexican Association of Plastic Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery of Baja California. Dr. Gutiérrez has expertise in all areas of Plastic Surgery of the face, eyes, nose, breasts and body.
Dr. Gutierrez graduated from the Autonomous University of Baja California in medicine and completed his specialty of General Surgery at La Raza General Hospital in Mexico City. He completed the specialty of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery at the prestigious General Hospital of Mexico City.
In addition to a busy Plastic and Aesthetic practice, he maintains an interest in reconstructive surgery. Dr. Gutierrez is a member of the very special "Smile Plan Project".

Dr Manuel Gutierrez is passionate of his work because he believes the success in plastic cosmetic surgery relies in the combination of 3 simple elements:

The communication is clear, more defined and your expectations outlook will be more positive once we accomplish the surgery to your satisfaction.
In order to decide to take on a patient we have to understand your needs, and expect to get the result we both want. If Dr. Manuel Gutierrez doesn’t think they can get at least a 50% improvement, he would rather not do the surgery. He is not afraid to say no if absolutely necessary. Dr. Manuel Gutierrez would rather make a friend than an unhappy patient.
