Dr.Nashielli Espinosa is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, She completed her Four years of training in general surgery at the University Autonoma de Guadalajara of Angel Leaño Hospital. She then received her plastic surgery training at the former Instituto Jaliscience de Cirugia Plastica Estetica y Reconstructiva. In addition she complete her training gaining experience in others hospitals like Cornel medical Center , Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat hospital, Shriners Burns Galveston Texas . Dedicate time to complete their training rotation abroad with plastic surgeons with proven expertise as Allan Matarasso, Henry M Spinelli, Sherell J. Aston. She participate in the program of New Dawn reconstructive surgery for children with cleft lipt and palate Completed her residency with honors receiving the prize for first place in her research work ¨Structural Analysis of fatt micrografts As part of her training she attends important congresses such as the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society of Reconstructive surgery and the international plastic surgery symposium of the national congress of plastic aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Nashielli is active in the Society for Mexican Plastic Surgery (AMCPER), and the Iberolatinoamerican Federation of Plastic Surgery (FILACP)
