Ivo Němec, MD

Plastic surgeon

Dr. Němec graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague.  

After graduation he began his career in the hospital in Brandýs nad Labem. Since 1990 he has been working in the Central Military Hospital in Prague where between 1996 and 2004 he was holding the position of the Deputy Chief Surgeon at the Department of Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery. After the department was restructured and incorporated in the Department of Orthopaedics, Traumatology and Reconstructive Surgery he has been working as the head of the Reconstructive Surgery Station since 2007.

At the same time he has been working at the Department of Plastic Surgery in the Institute of Aesthetic Medicine in Prague since 2006.
