Botox is used to relax muscles so that they don't pull on the skin and form wrinkles. For lip augmentation we use fillers that augment the volume. They have different and very clear indications. My answer is No, you cannot anlarge lips with Botox!

Botox should be used for wrinkles around the mouth, I have to agree with the other users that the best and safest procedure for lip augmentation are dermal fillers, and according to Renew Skin & Health Clinic of whose results obtained in lip augmentation and wrinkle reduction treatment I am very aware and very pleased of, Juvederm or Restylane are the ways to go! OF course, a specialist will decide which dermal filler will suit you best after assessing your health condition and medical history! Never ignore a prior consultation! Hope this helped! :)

No. Botox is indicated to treat expression lines. It's not a filler.
It is certainly not possible to enlarge lips using botox. Botox is used for dynamic wrinkles as a result of muscle action. You should consider having natural fillers like fat, dermal grafts or siloxane, restylane, goretex or Khawaja's lip fillers. Each type of filler has specific indications and the one best suitable for you is selected during your consultation.
