Hello, After having my last baby and breastfeeding my breasts look horrible. I've never loved the shape of them but now I just hate them and wear a bra everywhere but the shower. I prolong these, just do wash downs etc because I hate seeing them myself too ? I am a single Mum so money is very tight so I am wondering two things... where can I get a good deal? but also if anyone does a lift without a GA? I have a real fear of being put to sleep so choose everything with local. Thank you in advance for your time xx

Hello,
I am afraid I can not sustain your demand. The masthopexy may be a long and not comfortable procedure, depending the actual shape. Also the breast volume became difficult to be apreciate symmetrically. In my opinion for having a good appreciation about your case I need some photos and after that I can express my advice.

You can have an excellent deal at Cairo Plastic Clinic, but you must have a general anesthetic.

Since approx. 30 years I perform aesthetic breast surgery - such as augmentation, reduction and mastopexy - under local anaesthesia with sedation.
You stay one night in our private hospital, the total cost is € 5.200,00.

Best regards from Frankfurt,

Dr. med. Paul J. Edelmann.

Dear Racheal,

It is potentially possible to have it done under local & sedation but quite often not very comfortable.

You need to be assessed whether that is suitable for you.

I usually do mastopexy under sedation and local anesthesia, administered and monitored by a anesthesiologist. Is it comfortable and I have no problem to modelate the new gland and if it is necessary I can introduce a prosthesis to improve the volume. You have to stay one night in a private hospital and the others days in a hotel near my Clinic. The total cost is 4700,00€ include tax. Hotel and prosthesis as needed not included.

Modern Plastic Surgery with Acupuncture:

Elective plastic surgery should be SAFE, local anesthetic with a long acting agent like marcaine or combinations with acupuncture is the method of choice in our clinics. I agree, general anesthetic carries lots of adverse reactions..like swelling and nausea...and the fear.. to name a few.

Dear Rachel,

A mastopexy is ideal to be performed with this technique, you are fully awake and can bring your own ipod to listen to during the procedure....if you do not like our ambient music..furthermore we have trained staff that will be supporting you during the procedure. and keep you comfi. all the time.

Fly in from Manchester to us is easy to Eindhoven airport and then taxi..we help you organize your stay on walking distance from our Hospital medical centre. ask Cindy Jansen for details at : nath @dr.com

This the future of innovative plastic surgery.

Kind regards,

Dr Rebin. MD FAACS

Dear ms Rachael,

it is possible to do limited mastopexy in regional anesthesia, but we prefer to add some sedation with analgaetics , to ease the discomfort created during the procedure. It usually takes us 3 hours, so some sedation is welcome.
