Do I need blepharoplasty?

Do I need blepharoplasty?

Hi all

I am new to this forum and I would like some help and your opinion as I don't know much about plastic surgeries and non surgical treatments.

I have sacs under my eyes, but it is not the typical old man's sacs that blepharoplasty is usually about, it more like inherent type of bags, but this get worse or better depending on how tired I am, but there is always something there even if I am 100% fresh.

I upload a photo so that you can understand better:

and I want it to become like this (photoshoped)

I am 25 and I don't want any fake improvements or anything, just for the bags to get away without changing anything else like eye shape etc..

Are there any non surgical treatments that could help? I don't want to 'risk' a lot and I cannot really have a long period away from work as I am really busy. The most important though, is that I don't want people to know that I did such a treatment/surgery but just that I look more fresh..

Thanks a lot!

After seeing your photograph it is clear that you dont have real eyelid bags but you have very prominant eyelid muscles. to improve these eithervsurgery or simple botox injection can be performed.

our chief surgeon MUDr. Hubert Topinka is a specialist for a transconjunctival blepharoplasty. He has seen your pictures, but they are very small to decide what is the best for you. May I ask you to send us pictures of your face from the front and from both sides please to have a clear idea about your requirements?

Thank you,
I look forward to hearing from you soon,

You are so young,, take care, and it is impossible to look like another persons, and the photos may be treated by some technique.

We have seen your picture. You can benefit considerably from lower lid blepharoplasty ( lower eyelid bag surgery ). The procedure is performed by us, very comfortably, under local anesthesia, with no hospital stay. Operating time is one hour, maximum, and you need a few days off work ( maximum a week ); however most of our patients go back to work on 3rd or 4th day of surgery. Stitches are extremely fine, and not noticeable, scars become almost imperceptible after a few weeks ( 1-4 weeks ). You need to wear sunglasses, when you go out for a few days. Reading is permitted after 2-3 days. Results are excellent, and there are no complications in our safe hands.
