How can I get rid of saggy skin and bags under the eyes?

Hello,
I've posted this message two days ago but apparently the attached photos disappeared, which is why I'm posting it again:

I already underwent some nonsurgical treatments such as botox, Radiesse and HA fillers, about 2 1/2 years ago. Botox has done a great job, but the fillers had horrible results, I got large bags and lumps under my eyes and only hyaluronidase solved the problem.
After that I went to a dermatologist who made two PRP and four DMAE mesotherapy treatments which made my skin look much better.
Unfortunately, the skin under my eyes is getting worse again. I did one more mesotherapy treatment three weeks ago, but the doctor must have either changed the composition of the filler or my skin is reacting differently because it almost looks like after my first HA and Radiesse injection in 2013. The doctor said he used the same DMAE and non-reticulated HA which should be easily absorbed but you can definetly see that there are fillers under my eyes. I hope it won't be necessary to do more hyaluronidase sessions....

Is there any treatment (preferrably nonsurgical) to tighten the skin and get rid of the bags?
Another dermatologist recommended fractioned radiofrequency to tighten the skin, other doctors told me to do Ultherapy but most of them believe that only a lower blepharoplasty will solve the problem.....

Dear Suse
this problem is often caused by botulinumtoxin and will disappear after the period botulinumtoxin stops to work. Your problem is due to lymphproblems and not a tissue problem. In most cases patients with this problem are sleeping on the face during the night.
Our strategy is nonsurgical and there are some possibilities: we do radiofrequency, focused ultrasound (Ulthera) and threads to tighten the skin. Radiofrequency is a possibility but you will have to do this treatment a lot of times until you see results and every time there is some damage of the skin because the heat will go through the skin. Ultherapy is much better but also there you need several treatments to get a good result. At the moment we get the best results with very thin threads we do in this area, mostly one single session is enough. The thread is being resolved from the tissue and the resolving makes a very nice tightening. In most cases one sinlge session is enough. But it takes a couple of weeks until the result is visible meaning up to 2 months.

Hello,
your problem with excess skin and bags to the lower eyelids cannot solve non surgical treatment.
For you, it is now time for a surgical solution.
With kind regards

Dear Suse, our Surgeons suggested Macs Lift to receive a permanent result. In 20 days total recovery you may get a permanent result for your eye bags and nasolabial wrinkles.
