What can I do to get rid of saggy skin and bags under my eyes?

I already underwent some nonsurgical treatments such as botox, Radiesse and HA fillers, about 2 1/2 years ago. Botox has done a great job, but the fillers had horrible results, I got large bags and lumps under my eyes and only hyaluronidase solved the problem.
After that I went to a dermatologist who made two PRP and four DMAE mesotherapy treatments which made my skin look much better.
Unfortunately, the skin under my eyes is getting worse again. I did one more mesotherapy treatment three weeks ago, but the doctor must have either changed the composition of the filler or my skin is reacting differently because it almost looks like after my first HA and Radiesse injection in 2013. The doctor said he used the same DMAE and non-reticulated HA which should be easily absorbed but you can definetly see that there are fillers under my eyes. I hope it won't be necessary to do more hyaluronidase sessions....

Is there any treatment (preferrably nonsurgical) to tighten the skin and get rid of the bags?
Another dermatologist recommended fractioned radiofrequency to tighten the skin, other doctors told me to do Ultherapy but most of them believe that only a lower blepharoplasty will solve the problem.....

If you have bags under your eyelids, then adding fillers will increase the volume, hence the problem. You should either have lipolysis injections or a blepharoplasty!

You didn"t mention your age... a very critical item in determining which modality ... Surgery maybe the best treatment especially after 40s !

Dear Dr. Abulezz,
Thank you so much for your reply.
I'm 46 - apparently a good candidate for surgery.

Hello, I'm sure there is a chance fundoplication, which will improve your overall appearance, while it is necessary to visit, meet in person to determine the exact scope of the problem and perform the surgery, which is why we invite you to arrange a consultation visit through the portal:

Dear Dr. Sliwinksi,

Thank you very much for your reply.
What is fundoplication? I've searched the Internet but it is always related to stomach surgery.
Thanks in advance.

You can get excellent results from Khawaja's state of the art Simplified Non-Swelling Blepharoplasty. This is the best option for your saggy skin and under eye bags. The procedure takes around 30 minutes and as compared to conventional blepharoplasty, where there is a lot of swelling post-operatively, there is minimal or no swelling after our state of the art blepharoplasty techniques. Stitches are out after 4-5 days. If you wish to travel after surgery, you can very easily do so and stitches can be removed in your country.

... saggy skin & bags
As you can easily realize, the logical treatment is to lift the skin so to get rid of the bags.
Any other solution is a waste of time and money.
If you hate surgery, accept your face aging.

Dear Dr. Cappa,
Thank you very much for your reply.
In your opinion all other treatments some of your colleagues mentioned (Ultherapy, thread lift) are useless. Do you think they could at least improve the situation?
I'm not afraid of surgery it but I want to be sure that this is really the one and only solution.
Since the photos I attached to my post strangely disappeared I will send some now so that you can take a better look.

Thank you very much in advance.

Blepharoplasty seems to be the best option but to be sure, your age and photos should be seen first.
