If you are having bleeding 11 days after hymenoplasty, and you are having dark colored blood, there is possibility that your hymen has opened up partially or completely and stitches have given away. The other possibility is that your periods have started. Currently, we use highly specialized hymenoplasty techniques, so that even if your periods start 3-4 days after having hymenoplasty, you are completely secure, and there is no danger to your hymenoplasty. We operate a number of hymenoplasties now, few days before their periods and the old saying of "having your hymenoplasty soon after your periods" is no longer valid. You can have hymenoplasty soon after your periods finish or 1 week before the start of your periods. Results are perfectly same in both cases.
