Revision rhinoplasty in local anesthesia

I wanted to know, if there is any possibility to do a revision rhinoplasty in local anesthesia. I can not have general anesthesia, I have CFS since my last general anesthesia and symptoms would even get worse. My problem is the nose bridge, too narrow and too far pushed down, are there possibilities to do this under local anesthesia? Higher nose bridge I want. Thank you

You have to find a doctor with lot of experience in this procedure. It depends what you want to have done. Sometimes a Sedoanalgesia with local anaesthesiea is sufficient of course,

It depends on a type of revision and a scale of what needs to be done. Nevertheless, it is wise to review once again your reasons for avoiding general anesthesia. Regards, Davor Dzepina

Dear Nasi88,
a rhinoplasty shall be done in general anesthesia to be done properly. If you want to get a more precise advice, please, send me your pictures to info@abclinic.com or here over the platform. Maybe we can find a way to help you.
