Hello,

What is between nasal bones, is there any kind of tissue from inner side of bone walls?
On picture below,
Green is periosteum around bones.
Red is tissue on the inner walls of nasal bones?
Blue is tissue on the inner walls of bony septum?
Should be surface of bones between nasal bones and bony septum rasped first, or bones will accrete without surface disruption also?

Hi
There is no soft tissue between nasal bone . There is nasal cavity separated by nasal septum.septum is not a soft tissue but a firm structure.

Thanks

Thanks you for answer,

one doctor said he removes also soft tissue between bones,

"A wider nose post rhinoplasty in the dorsum or bridge is most commonly caused by hump removal without osteotomies (breaking the nasal bones). This can be done to narrow the nose. In addition, I will sometimes remove soft tissue between the nasal bones and septum prior to osteotomies for really wide noses. This would require a revision rhinoplasty."
