Dear Ryan,
regarding your photo and your feeling when you palpate it, I think you are probably right.
But you still have to wait, it takes about 2-3 months for swelling to reduce so you can already judge on a result although the very final result will be confirmed in one year when a scar maturation phase is finished. Anyway if it proves you are right, then a correction is needed. Just simple test proves, if you are right. If you press it and nothing changes, it is probably bone or cartilage from septum. If it becomes concave (even if just for a second), then it is swelling. Might be a combination of both...
Well, anyway, you should be patient, it is too early to judge on it. I wish you the best.
Kind regards, Dr. Jo

I do not think enzymes save a work or final result. If there is still a prominence, it does not help. Anyway, you need to be patient, as it takes a longer time and any revision should be not done before 1 year anyway. So you have time enough. Good luck and regards

Hi, you can use anti-inflammatory enzyme preparations orally like chymoral or chymotrip forte 2 daily to get rid of swelling quickly. However, please keep in mind in any case, if bony hump removal was carried out, swelling can persist for a long time, months / year/s. So, you need to be patient.

You need to take these medicines for at least 3-4 months.

Hello :) 2 weeks is definitely too early to judge the results, as still there's swelling (internal as well) which makes it impossible to assess how the nose really look like.
