No. It is best to avoid synthetic material in the nose and you will almost certainly be able to get a good result with a traditional septorhinoplasty. Any graft material needed for support or function should be cartilage and/or bone, ideally your own (although cartilage allograft - I.e. from a cadaver - can also be used if needed/desired )

It is always preferable to use your own tissues for any reconstruction of nose.
