And what do other people see? I had surgery back in November of 2017. Ever since then, how I feel about the results seems to depend on which mirror or photo I'm looking at. My question is, in these two photos, why does one photo show a rounded tip and the other is sharp? These photos are literally taken a week apart.

8 months post after a rhinoplasty it is normal that there is still swelling going up and down.
In a few mounths the swelling will be gone totally .

Is this too normal? These photos are from different post-op visits. To me, my nose is beginning to lose it's shape. The tip is no longer a round as it used to be and now looks square and overall projection seems to be headed downwards.

We would like to invite you to our Aesthetic Okan University by providing accurate diagnostic treatment. Our Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Prof. Dr. med. Doç. Aydın, has been sent to her picture. Picture or Fotoshop, it does not look good, because the nose has a shine ..... what does that mean ... That means the nose has no passage in veins eschem can form the nose of itself, it is like a flexible plastic

We will be glad to invite you for a check with us. If you have any questions, please contact us-

How would you assess this? Most recent postop photo on the left compared to two months ago on the right. The tip seems to be headed downwards and overall profile is not as nice to me. I asked them if the first photo has been photoshopped.

Hi there,
the final nose shape should be assessed 6-12 months post-op. At this stage of healing such differences may be normal.

Additionally, can you tell me why my breathing feels clogged even though there are no visible obstructions?

Up a little bit your tip, probably your breathe will be better...or you have any internal obstruction... we could do a examination and detect the main problem to correct for you Best regards
