There are many other treatments available for flat tummy like Daily exercise, walk and one thing if you will live active and eat less then your tummy will be flat.

For excess of fat on tummy with not skin excess, the surgery is liposuction, if you have fat more skin excess (the usual after pregnancies, overweight, poor skin elasticity, elder patient...) then the surgery is still the liposuction but more mini tummy tuck or full tummy tuck.

Dear Sir,
Tummy fat is a very Comen problem.In many cases Liposuction is the method of treatment. If You are less than 40 years of age You have a good chance that the skin will shrink. If the exces of skin is great or You are some years older one has to do abdominoplasty. I normally suggest first a good liposuction and wait for 3 months to see how much skin retraction we will see and than decide about a further operation.

Best advise would be to consult in person with a board certified plastic surgeon. Different options would be liposuction or a tummy tuck or perhaps both in conjunction. Some clinics offer non surgical options as well. Good luck

1. Eat healthy:
Abdominal fat reduction is 80% for eating the right food. Follow a healthy and balanced diet, with both large and small nutrients. Most importantly, skip fast food. Eat food prepared at home. If you do not have time, eat raw fruits or vegetables.

2 Drink water:
It is confused that thirst, fatigue or hunger, and end up eating sugary or fatty foods, should always carry a bottle of water, and make sure to drink water throughout the day. There are many natural ways to reduce fat, garlic, onion, ginger, cayenne pepper, cabbage, tomatoes and spices such as cinnamon and mustard are some of the foods to reduce fat. Consume a few cloves of raw garlic and a 1 inch piece of ginger each morning is good for fat metabolism.

7. Water and Honey:
Having a glass of warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning, is a popular choice for weight loss. Similarly, there are many other ways to recruit fat-burning foods in a single diet.

8. Healthy fats include:
When you try to get rid of bad cholesterol, in addition to good cholesterol can be beneficial, avocados, olives, coconut and nuts a few sources of good cholesterol.

9. Do not skip breakfast:
Many think that skipping breakfast helps in fast weight loss, on the contrary, skipping breakfast is a big mistake. It increases swelling and prompts your body to develop famine, the key to increasing belly fat.

10. Sleeping:
Adequate sleep is very important for weight management. Everyone needs 6-8 hours of sleep. According to a recent study, too much sleep or lack of it can lead to weight gain.
