I had gastric bypass and would like a tummy tuck. How do I ask my doctor to give a referral to get my insurance to pay for it? Does it need to be irritated

Hi, tummy tuck is a cosmetic procedure and I am not sure if the insurance will pay for it. You can however ask your insurance company for that ? The cost of tummy tuck at CSSC International + at Lahore, Pakistan is 3000 USD. The procedure is done as day care with no hospital stay.
