Meine Geschichte hat so begonnen, dass ich mir meine Nase machen lassen wollte. Dann meinte ein Arzt, meine Nase wäre ok, aber ich solle doch mein Kinn machen lassen. Das ist fliehend, und wenn man das korrigiert, wirkt die Nase nicht mehr so groß. Deshalb habe ich dann geschaut, wo ich mir das Kinn machen lassen kann. Da bin ich auf eine Klinik in der Schweiz gestoßen. Dort habe ich Fotos per Mail hingeschickt. Die haben mich dann angerufen und mir die Preise für das Kinn mitgeteilt und mir außerdem gesagt, dass ein Jochbeinaufbau bei mir sinnvoll wäre. Das fand ich eine gute Idee, aber die Kosten in der Schweiz für solch einen Wangenaufbau waren mir mit 8000 € einfach zu viel. Ich habe dann gegoogelt, wer auch mit Implantaten arbeitet, aber kein Silikon verwendet. Ich bin dann auf Herrn Dr. Vašek, bzw. die Formé-Klinik gestoßen. Herr Dr. Vašek ist HNO-Arzt und seit 40 Jahren berufstätig. Die Reise nach Prag war für mich ein kleiner Abenteuerurlaub, ich wollte auch mal etwas Neues ausprobieren. Die Klinik hatte aber - was den Ablauf angeht - genausogut in Deutschland sein können. Es war straff durchorganisiert, hochprofessionell und rundum gut. Es gab wirklich nichts, wo ich gedacht hätte, dass man das besser machen könnte. Ganz toll waren die Mitarbeiter, so herzlich und freundlich. Ganz lieben Dank! Ich bin total zufrieden und würde, wenn ich mir nochmal etwas machen lassen, würde zu Herrn Dr. Vašek gehen. Die OP an sich war kein Spaziergang, aber alles drumherum war sonst echt angenehm!! Achtung! Nach der OP hat man erstmal keine Lust, viel zu sprechen, also lieber mal 14 Tage Urlaub nehmen. I had eyelid surgery with this great surgeon. The result is fantastic and the recovery was quick and without complications. The scar is very small so it is barely visible. I'm also considering a rhinoplasty next year with Dr Vasek.

I have wanted to get rhinoplasty since I was a teenager and at age 41, I finally took the plunge booked the appt, flew from Boston, MA to Prague and underwent a closed rhinoplasty with Dr. Vasek. My first and only plastic surgery experience. I was incredibly nervous especially since I decided to go alone and I was abroad and don't speak Czech but the surgeon and all the staff spoke English and were so kind. Dr. Vasek listened to my requests to keep it subtle during the consultation and was very friendly and respectful. I love my new nose! Everything is healing really well. There are some reviews that indicated some less than desirable results with reports that people felt the Doctor did not listen. I had no issues and instead had a really great experience and have nothing negative to say. Better than expected if I am honest and I can breathe easier. I am very impressed by the result after the open rhinoplasty by Dr Vasek. At the consultation, I told him my idea and he exactly knew what to do to make me satisfied. After the surgery, I wore a splint on my nose that kept it in the right shape. Generally, I felt good, I had only swelling and some bruised. The nose looks great after 4 months.
