\před měsícem jsem byla u pana doktora Vaška na operaci obličeje. Už teď vidím obrovský rozdíl. Zmizel mi podbradek a obličej je vypnutější. Jizvy zatím růžové, ale opravdu jemné, Moc děkuji a zdravím všechny do Formé.

Facelift by dr. Vasek was the best choice. Thank you for my new younger look.

I was looking for good and experienced doctor to have face lift. I do not regret i picked dr. Vasek. Good listener and explained everything perfectly. I love the result.

I went in January for a facelift with Dr Vasek so I am only just over three months post surgery. But so far I am really pleased with the results, Not looking so tired and ironed a few wrinkles out. Subtle changes to my face but not horrendous changes. The only thing at the moment is I still have numbness in my cheeks slightly which is the nerve endings, but I have been told it can take six months or more to knit back together. Will defiantly go back for more procedures. They level of service and professionalism was fantastic and I stay in one of their apartments and was totally looked after. I paid €6500 for a face lift and eyelift plus a breast lift and reduction. I would have paid probably 16k plus for all that and no more guarantee . As long as you do your research which I did then why pay UK prices,

My nice experience was in the clinic FORME, surgeon Dr. Vasek. Before coming here, I made some researches and decided to get the operation here (face and neck lift + eye lids). The stuff is extremely friendly: Jaana, Petra, Silvia and other girls. What can I say? I didn't notice how I get to the operation room and when I open my eyes everything was already done. I didn't feel any pain in my face. The only uncomfortable thing was very tight first bandage. But I understood that it supposed to be so, next morning Dr. Vasek changed it into more loos. I don't know about other patients, but as for me, I didn't feel any pain at all, I didn't use any pain killers. Two nights I spend in the clinic and then I stand couple more days in Prague. I visited few museums, few excursions around Prague. I felt really nice! Though it passed only two weeks after operation, but my results are quite good. They say that after two months it will be even better. I would like to thank all the stuff of the clinic Forme and Dr. Vasek for his work and talent.

I underwent a SMAS face and neck lift at the Formé Clinic by the skilled hands of Dr Petr Vasek six days ago. Recovery is as expected - some bruising and swelling, but even so my family and I can already see the improvement as it does look as if Dr Vasek has managed to take years off my appearance. On meeting Dr Vasek I found him to be a calm, no nonsense and thoughtful surgeon who tells it like it is and was happy to discuss my concerns about the possible pitfalls of a facelift. At one week off my 50th birthday I knew my face was considerably better than many ladies my age as I have avoided the sun for the past 25 years, used good quality Obagi skincare products and took advantage of having a GP for a sister who kindly provides me with Botox and filler treatments for my birthday and Christmas gifts. Plus, I’ve kept my weight constant since my mid 20’s. Having said all that, there comes a point when, despite one’s best efforts, juggling a full time job, two children and gravity does begin to take its toll on the mid face region and jaw line and I was hearing just a little too often for my liking comments such as “you look tired” or questions such as “did you not sleep well last night?”. I raised the matter with my GP sister for her thoughts and I asked her whether perhaps a little filler in my cheeks would help lift the mid face region. She was brutally honest saying that filler would make me look “like an alien” and that what I actually needed was a facelift. My sister had become familiar with Dr Vasek’s work after having seen a number of his English patients on their return to the U.K. following their surgeries and had been impressed with what she had seen. She advised me that he was the best surgeon for the job and told me the she had complete faith in him. She was right and having now had the opportunity to meet Dr Vasek and have my face and neck lift carried out by him I fully endorse my sister’ view. Dr Vasek was honest with me in that he recognised I was not in desperate need of a facelift and advised that I could easily wait a few years before I undertook surgery. I decided to go ahead because I do not want to return to the office in two weeks time and have all my colleagues immediately say “what have you done - you look so different” . What I want is for them to say “wow the holiday has done you good - you look well”. I believe I will get this result because Dr Vasek’s aim is not to pull your skin and muscle back so tightly that you get the classic wind tunnel look. He advised that his aim is always to go for the natural look which is of course what I believe we all want. In addition to the marvellous Dr Vasek a big thank you should go to the beautiful and highly dedicated team of nurses who looked after me during my two night stay and the equally beautiful and wonderful Dr Vaskova who carried out a very thorough general physical examination prior to surgery to ensure I was in good shape for the operation - her attention to detail was incredibly impressive. Finally a big thank you to Sabina and Clinic Manager, Maria, for their constant support via email prior to and after surgery. Sabina answered all my questions with impressive speed - she is lovely. Maria has been fantastic liaising with my sister and meeting me on the day of surgery itself. Thank you again to the entire Formé team.

My personal experience with my face lift+ Upper eyelid surgery in this clinic is superb. You pay the best price and you are in the professional hands. The doctor takes his time and answers each and every question before your surgery. The whole staff, including Physician are very polite and always there for you. The clinic is very clean with comfortable rooms. One gets options to select his , her food menu during his her stay in the clinic. Overall, Excellent.

Had a SMAS Face & Neck lift at Forme clinic with Dr Vasek . I would highly recommend . The service from both PS & Forme clinic was EXCELLANT . The clinic was 5* plus. I felt very comfortable as soon as I arrived , nothing was too much trouble . I am currently 1 week post op . My pics are before & 2 days after . I have swelling which is going down each day . It's not painful at all just weird feeling - tightness . I have bruising on one side of face but nothing severe . I have been following all instructions carefully & bought the creams & wobenzym as recommended . I've wore the head bandage quite allot this week , sleep upright too . Thought that would really bother me as normally I sleep in feral position , virtually no pillow but, I'm used to it and slept fine . I get my stitches out after 10 days . TBH you don't feel the stitches at all it's more the tightness feeling your conscious of . We arrived in Prague on the Monday evening and did a superior tour in the old town on the Tuesday ( very good) had op Wednesday then went out sightseeing again on the Saturday ( took it easy but felt fine ) it's a beautiful city and a shame to visit and not see it . Flight home was fine . I put my head bandage on , just out my hood up no one noticed . Just felt better too because of flight pressure . Oh forgot to mention Dr Vasek advised me to get Botox . Allot cheaper than uk and fab result . So overall so far so good . Excited to see the final result as it can be between 3 & 6 months I've been told . But, each day I see it looks better. The price also is thousands cheaper than UK with A1 service . Hope my review helps & good luck x
