After extensive research I chose Forme Clinic for my surgery. Dr Bennes saw pictures of my breasts and tummy and recommended extensive breast reduction (I was a 38GG bra size), lipo and tummy tuck. The medical team is amazing, really kind and willing to answer every question however small. Surgery went well and I spent 3 nights at the clinic followed by 2 nights at Forme Apartments, before my flight home (2 hour flight). I am now 11 days post surgery and the results are already amazing. My tummy improves every day and my breasts are now a B/C cup and hold up on their own! Gone are the huge M&S scaffolding bra's! The recovery so far has been uncomfortable but not painful. It's difficult to get around when unable to stand up straight and I have been really tired. But, I would recommend both the clinic, the apartments and the medical team - all without fault! Don't hesitate to go abroad - the prices are better, the care is better and the clinic and apartments give you comfortable medical and after care.

I was little worried for his young age but i have seen some of his result and was happy to have the liposuction done by him. Very sensitive aproach and painless post op. Few brusies and little swelling after otherwise i felt good. This surgery gave my tummy and tights shape i really wanted. Would recommend

Thank you to dr. Hyza and all team at the clinic. I decided to have this surgery already when i was in teenage age, but was waiting after i had children.. I was never happy with my breasts size because they looked very small and breastfeeding did not help much. Never really had much money so traveling to your clinic saved me little bit. All the organization went very smooth. It has been few months and my breasts look very good. Thank you.

Had nose job by this surgeon. It has been already one year so my nose has set properly and result is great. He is experienced surgeon with positive approach. Happy I was in his hands

Good aproach at the clinic. Dr. Baran was lovely, he explained the surgery properly and helped me to decide what is best for me. I had few bruises after and swelling but it was gone after couple of weeks.  Now i can see the result, it is very good.

I have recently returned from a visit to the forme clinic, i can't recommend it enough. My procedure was rhinoplasty, while i am still healing i can already see the results which will only improve as the weeks go on. All the staff are very kind caring and highly professional. You will be in very safe hands if you visit here for a procedure

Ich hatte einige Beratungen in Deutschland und keine war nur annähernd so gut wie bei Dr. Krizko er hat sich viel Zeit genommen bei der Beratung hat alles genau angemessen usw. Meine Brust ist einfach nur perfekt geworden sie passt genau zu mir. Danke schön das ich nach 16 Jahren wieder glücklich werden kann.

Booked and had surgery within 2 weeks! Helena Siváková, my coordinator was fantastic. Answered all questions promptly and escorted me to the clinic on the day of my operation. That morning, after arriving at the clinic for 7:30am, I met with and Krizko to discuss my expectations on the outcome of surgery. He was very thorough. I then went and saw Gabriela who took blood and urine tests, ECG and weight measurements, along with before photos. Then I met with Jetka who carried out further tests. I was then taken to my room by Silvie and changed into my gown. Alan the anaesthetist came in to say hello and reassure me about the procedure. Nikola was my nurse during the both days I was there and was fantastic as was Jana on nights, they could not do enough for me. I was taken in for surgery and out again 2.5 hours later. Groggy but ok, Jana bought me water and help me to the toilet. The end to end process went very well and I would not hesitate to recommend Forme Clinic to anyone. Top class clinic with top class medical professionals!! Thank you again. I am still in Prague whilst I recover and am enjoying a few gentle strolls around this wonderful city.
