Had lower blepharoplasty done at the Forme clinic this week. Results look Good so far. Procedure was painless and Dr Vasek went through it in detail in the consultation, very well put over and explained to me. When I asked for another procedure ( fillers ) he said no not a good idea. Not there to grab your money and perform anything you ask for - which I think is good as there are providers out there that will gladly do this. Reception efficient and friendly , would definitely recommend. The aftercare pack is extensive and well put together with instructions etc as are the verbal instructions, all very efficient which makes you feel like you are dealing with professionals.

I picked Formé Clinic and specifically Dr. Vašek because my friends recommended it. I had a blepharoplasty on upper and lower eyelids and I was really satisfied with result from the beginning. Dr. Vašek and his team have very profesional approach. From the first communication through emails (their responds were always very quick) to the post surgery care i knew i was in good hands. I really recommend Formé clinic! My personal experience with my face lift+ Upper eyelid surgery in this clinic is superb. You pay the best price and you are in the professional hands. The doctor takes his time and answers each and every question before your surgery. The whole staff, including Physician are very polite and always there for you. The clinic is very clean with comfortable rooms. One gets options to select his , her food menu during his her stay in the clinic. Overall, Excellent.

I had a great experience at Forme, for the price of my surgery I highly doubt I could get anywhere near the same level of quality and care without spending thousands money at another clinic. The staff were helpful and comforting and the operation carried out by Dr Vasek was faultless, I highly recommend going to Forme you won't be disappointed.

Hello, I live in France and I made a rhinoplasty on October 26, 2017. From beginning to end everything went very well. Before the operation, I had all the answers I needed by mail, and quickly. On arrival at the clinic, a warm welcome awaited me. Dr. Vašek is very professional, attentive and above all listening to my needs. The nurses were kind and caring with me. The atmosphere of the clinic makes you feel at home ... and I really do not exaggerate. And I was going to forget, Prague is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe! Forme Clinic is amazing! I had a tummy tuck done by Dr. Hyza and he was very kind and friendly. All of the nurses were so caring and did their best to make sure that I was well cared for. I stayed at the clinic for two nights and then traveled home. I only live two hours away so I went back in for a follow up and Dr. Hyza saw me and let me know that I was healing very well. I am very pleased with the results. I am so happy with the clinic that I am thinking of going there again in the future to have my breasts done!

Amazing experience. So glad I did it, it's changed my life. The whole team were amazing. So friendly and welcoming so much so that even though I travelled alone I never felt alone. Dr Benes is a genius.

I had closed rhinoplasty with Dr Vasek at the Forme clinic in Prague. It was an amazing experience, there was pick up from the airport then dropped back to my apartment all included in the price, the only thing outside the price was flights and the apartment. The team greet you and get you to fill out forms - there's many forms which are either to do with legal or medical part of the procedure. The clinic then did a full health check on me - blood tests, height, weight, ECG, to make sure everything in your body is working properly, they're very thorough and even gave me general health advice for which I'm grateful! The doctor, anaesthetist, nurses all were so approachable & friendly. An initial consultation happens with Dr Vasek the consultant, and you discuss the aim of the operation. A few moments later, you are in the operating theatre. I spent a whole night there, then in the morning was seen again by the doctors - the consultant and the medical doctor, who again offer advice and tips on recovery and what to expect and then I was discharged with all the medications and paperwork too for flights. The nurses are amazing too and never more than a few metres away! I'm so pleased with the results and level of care that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family! If you have any questions, the Forme clinic are quick to reply and helpful too! Alternatively I don't mind answering any questions either :)

I am nearly 1 year post surgery and extremely happy with my results. Everything went smoothly, the clinic and Dr. Vasek were very professional. I am so pleased I will be returning for a face lift this October.
