Have been in Prague few times before but have never thought i will have my tummy done in there until my friend suggested Forme clinic. Felt very welcome when i came. Forme Clinic is amazing! I had a tummy tuck done by Dr. Hyza and he was very kind and friendly. All of the nurses were so caring and did their best to make sure that I was well cared for. I stayed at the clinic for two nights and then traveled home. I only live two hours away so I went back in for a follow up and Dr. Hyza saw me and let me know that I was healing very well. I am very pleased with the results. I am so happy with the clinic that I am thinking of going there again in the future to have my breasts done!

I have just had liposuction a tummy tuck and breast implants and augamentation. I'm amazed at how different I look. Thanks to the team at forme clinic and dr. Benes who reformed my surgery. It is painful but so worth it.

Dobrý den,dnes je to měsíc, co jsem operaci,myslím,že vše proběhlo v pořádku. První konzultace s MUDr. Mertanem byla velmi příjemná a v pohodě. Domluvili jsme se na kombinovaném zákroku, abdominoplastice s liposukcí a modelací prsou, ale vzhledem mému zdravotnímu stavu mám prozatím pouze jednu operaci za sebou a druhá mne ještě čeká. Celý tým byl úžasný, lékař, anesteziolog a samozřejmě i sestřičky. Nemohu nic jen chválit!

I arrived at forme clinic on the 5th Oct, had full range of tests to ensure I was in good health prior to surgery. I had a consultation with both Dr Vasek and Dr Benes for two different procedures to be preformed in one single operation. Dr Vasek was adamant that I did not need eye lid surgeries and that it would be a waste of money due to very tiny correction that could be achieved at present and that I was too young in his experienced opinion. In my consultation with Dr Benes he told me that I would ideally benefit from more liposuction to a further 2 areas to achieve a better results. In my original quote I was only advised to have 1 area liposuctioned, therefore paying for an additional 2 areas would of been difficult had I still goneed ahead with eyelid surgery. Thankfully the money I saved on not having eyelid surgery covered the cost of the extra lipo. It was a more costly abominalplasty plus lipo surgery compaired to some of the other ladies at the clinic I had talked to but I believe this was due to my tummy carrying substantial excess fat and a more lengthy procedure. Once out of surgery, I was cared for by the clinic nurses who were extremely professional and very caring ladies, nothing was too much for them and they ensured that I was well looked after. Dr Benes came to see me twice and explained how to proceed with aftercare and such on return to the UK. Dr Benes manner was approachable and friendly, he answered every question with patience. Finally, I was discharged on the 7th Oct with a full aftercare pack including: antibiotics, anti swelling tablets, pain killers, dressings, steri strIps and some medication to help boost my immune system and aid healing. I was given thorough explanations from Nurse about when to take Meds and when to change dressings. I also received typed instructions too. The clinic provided a taxi to cover all transfers needed which really was a huge help. All surgery, medications, food and drinks at clinic, nursing care, aftercare pack, compression garment and transfers were included in the price. I'm currently on day 5 after surgery and swelling has hit full force but despite this I am extremely happy with the results. I hope to go back next year for a breast lift!

Než jsem podstoupila této operaci, obešla jsem si několik nemocnic /trvalo mi to rok/ až mě zaujala Nemocnice ve Vysokém nad Jizerou, kde díky lidskému a sympatickému přístupu pana doktora Lhotského jsem se konečně rozhodla. Nyní mám pár týdnu po operaci, jsem velmi spokojená. Panu doktoru se "dílo" velmi povedlo. Mile mě překvapilo, že v případě potřeby je pan doktor neustále na telefonu. Vřele doporučuji. Také personál této nemocnice chválím.....jsem velmi spokojená

My best friend recommended me this clinic after her successful rhinoplasty there. I needed to do something with my belly. I underwent tummy tuck surgery last year. I was really surprised by the clinic's standart. Their care was (with no doubt) the best I could get. Furthermore the result exceeded my expectations. And to be honest, I'm thinking about breast lift surgery there.

Strašně jsem se bála operace, ale byla jsem ze své postavy, tak nešťastná, že jsem se nakonec odhodlala. Doktora Beneše jsem zvolila spíš náhodně po přečtení recenzí na internetu. Když nastal den D byla jsem rozhodnutá, že dojdu na kliniku a zákrok zruším, jak jsem se strašně bála. Na klinice ale to šlo vše, jak po másle byla tam výborná atmosféra hrozně přátelská jak pan doktor Beneš, pan anesteziolog Svoboda, vrchní sestřička Kucharczykova a všechny sestřičky ze sálu i z oddělení perfektní. No hned jsem se zase rozhodla pro zákrok, no abych to zkrátila, udělala jsem moc dobře operace břicha byla spojená i s liposukcí a výsledek moc dobrý. Po operaci jsem musela nosit kompresní prádlo a dodržovat určitý režim , hodně jsem i pozměnila jídelníček, rozhodně hlady netrpím, ale skladba jídla je úplně jiná. Jsem hrozně nadšená moc děkuju panu doktorovi, stále se ještě trochu hojím, ale vidím ten pokrok. I na sobě chci makat a začít úplně od znovu, doufám i v nový vztah. Moc mě to vše nakoplo. děkuju
