I was never happy with my breasts size because they looked very small and breastfeeding did not help much. Never really had much money so traveling to your clinic saved me little bit. My friend has recommended Forme clinic because she had her nose done in there. Clinic looks nice and modern furnished. Very comfortable rooms and tasty food:-) I stayed 2 nights and got good care. I had my breast augmentation done with the Forme Clinic with a doctor (Vladimir Vasik) who no longer practices with them. Unfortunately my experience with Dr. Vasik was less than stellar, from the very start he did not want to listen to me, the results from the operation were uneven, and his after care was atrocious, blaming the results on me. The bright point in the whole experience was the Forme Clinic, specially Jana who does client relations. She listened to me from the very start, was patient, understanding, and was very professional. She sent my photos to their head surgeon for breast augmentation, Dr. Benes, and from there we started to get a second opinion. 6 months after my original surgery, I returned to Forme Clinic to have a revision surgery with Dr. Benes to correct the unevenness of my implants. Not only was Dr. Benes beside manner professional and understanding, but his results are phenomenal. He completely corrected the uneveness and the recovery was a BREEZE. I would recommend Dr. Benes and the Forme Clinic to anyone.

Dr Benes performed revision surgery on me 6 months after a disastrous experience with another doctor for my original breast augmentation. He listened to my concerns and I got amazing results. I had very noticeable unevenness from the original surgery, Dr. Benes was able to completely correct this. He came back in to check on me the evening of the surgery and even wanted me to stay an extra evening in the clinic just to make sure that everything was fine. I also want to note how professional and caring all the clinic staff are, especially Jana who does all the client relations. Her patience and understanding kept me from going crazy after a really bad experience with the original surgeon. I would recommend Dr. Benes and the Forme Clinic to anyone,
