The surgery made my skin straighten again and i can wear tops i thought i would never wear again. Dr. Benes was great, the surgery went well and i received very good care at Forme Clinic. The recovery was good and not too painful as i thought.  After 6 months the result is well visible and the scar is already nice. Thank you again.

I have experience with vitamin C infusion therapy at the Formé clinic. Even though I'm not a big fan of injections, I have to say that I really enjoyed this visit. The beautiful environment of luxury apartments, nice staff and tasty snacks were not a mistake! I'm full of energy and in a great mood. I'm glad I boosted my immunity. I can only recommend it.

The eyelid surgery helped me lot with my dropped eyelids. It bothered me for long time. I picked dr. Vasek because of his years of experience. And I do not regret, he was very professional and caring.  When I left the clinic I had to wear sunglasses, because my eyes were very sensitive to daylight. But what was important i could see the result immediately after the swelling subsided. It has been already 3 months since I had the surgery but there is not sign I had one. Thank you for great job.

I went to the Forme Clinic in Oktober 2020 to get an upper eyelid surgery from Dr. Vasek. I especially wanted him to do this surgery for me, because he’s specialized in face surgery’s and has good experience and reviews. I appreciated his honest and professional way very much. The surgery was painless and even after I didn’t need any pain medication. Now, 2 weeks after, of course it’s still a bit swollen and red, but I’m extremely satisfied with the job he has done. Also Martina from medical travel, who organized everything for me, was very nice and helpful. Even after I left Prag she contacted me and asked about my condition. Thumbs up & many thanks! This clinic is outstanding, I am extremely happy with my surgery. I had a mommy makeover - breast uplift + tummy tuck + liposuction and the procedure was done by Dr Benes. Absolutely amazing surgeon, I am so delighted at the results! Coming from England I had never been to Prague before or had surgery so I was really nervous, but as soon as I arrived at the clinic they couldn’t have done more for me, they were all so welcoming and I just felt in safe hands and at ease. Post op I stayed at the clinic for 3 nights, food was good and the nurses were angels. I was looked after very well! Really good location and Prague is also a beautiful city. I would 100% recommend Forme clinic and would definitely use them again if I wanted another procedure in the future.

Dr. Vasek is very experienced surgeon. He did great job on my eyelids, finally i can see them and my face doesn´t look so tired anymore. Would recommend.

Dr. Bayer performed my procedure and I am 150% satisfied. Because we were coming from Germany, the morning of we did the preop test and sonogram. It was quick, yet thorough and I felt extremely confident with their process. I stayed in the clinic the first night and then at the Formé Apartments for two nights after. The entire staff was comforting and accommodating and the food was great. They answered all of my questions leading up to the procedure and during my stay as well as arranged cab services once I was ready to get out and about. Highly recommend and will go there for any future procedures!
