Revision Rhinoplasty - Best experience with the Best Surgeon Dr. Palma.

I had my first rhinoplasty around 15 years ago in London where I lived to remove the hump on my nose and a septoplasty . Initially I was pleased with the result however over the years the tip started to droop and I had a very visible hanging columella. Over the years I consulted a few surgeons in London to fix the problem however I always felt rushed at the consultation and I never felt comfortable with any of the surgeons. Two years ago I moved to Milan and I was still thinking about my nose. I came across Prof Palma through another doctor and did my own research before my first consultation with him. At my first consultation I immediately felt at ease. Prof Palma listened to me and took his time to explain what we could do . Photos were taken and after 2 weeeks I had a video consultation with him to go through the simulations that were studied in the minutest detail by Prof. I was happy to proceed and was lucky enough to get a cancellation slot a month later .
On the day of surgery I was excited and nervous. Prof Palma and Dr Burrato put me at ease and assured me they would take care of me. The surgery went well and there were some unexpected challenges in my nose that prof had to deal once I was on the table. Post operatively Prof Palma and Dr Burrato saw me several times were always available on the phone to answer any questions or concerns . One week later the tape was changed and Splints came out. I couldn’t believe how beautiful my nose was, it was the nose I had always dreamed of. The outcome was above and beyond my expectations. I can’t thank Prof Palma, Dr Burrato and the team enough. I feel very honoured to have been operated on by the best in the field. The hospital is fantastic the healthcare team are very attentive as are the their PAs when it comes to communication. The process was flawless!
Prof Palma truly has magic hands and he certainly lives up to his 5 star reviews . I also must add his English is fantastic .
