Education and practice
He started operating in the aesthetic field in 1999, assisting Prof. Ioan Lascar in his clinic and in the year 2002 he started his activity on his own. Since the opening of Zetta clinic in December 2012, Dr. Zamfirescu operates in this location all types of possible interventions of Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery and Reconstructive Microsurgery in a private clinic.
For 16 months he was Research Fellow at Microsearch Foundation of Australia from Sydney. He was also Visiting Doctor at Royal Northshore Hospital Sydney, St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, Tokyo Medical University Hospital, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital Taipei, Italian Institute for Hand Surgery Monza, Torino Orthopedic and Traumatological Center and Rochester Minnesota Mayo Clinic.
