Dr Mertan carried out my tummy tuck, with lipo, and breast augmentation with lift. I am three weeks post op, and already ecstatic with the results. The skin on my stomach was loose due to losing 7st (45kg), and now my stomach is beautifully flat, and the scar is thin and low, so hidden well by my underwear and bikini bottoms. My breasts were deflated, and I suffered from asymmetry. Dr mertan was able to carry out the lift, and implant both through the nipple, which has meant minimal scarring, and a lovely, full and natural result. He came to see me everyday whilst I was in the clinic, and insisted I came back in on the day of my departure to check how I was progressing, he was professional, kind and honest about the result I could expect. I have ended up with a result which has surpassed my expectations, and now have a body I have always wanted. I would highly recommended forme clinic, they are better than any treatment I have ever had in the UK, and Dr Mertan is fantastic.

The best clinic of plastic surgery abroad! Dr. Mertan and her staff on Formé clinic in Prague are incredibly professional. My breasts look amazing and I feel like a new woman! My downtime was very minimal and I am really excited to see what they look like in a few months.

The entire experience was first rate! I traveled from Italy and was a bit concerned about booking a procedure in a clinic that I could not visit in advance. The Forme staff coordinators were completely professional, responsive and efficient. They put me totally at ease. They assisted with my accommodations and travel from the airport. Upon arrival, I was welcomed to the clinic which is clean, calm and well staffed. They told me exactly what to expect before, during and after the procedure. Dr. Benes performed the procedure. He is incredibly patient, kind and informative. He is completely honest and is very clear about expectation management. He put all my fears to rest before the procedure and during the procedure he was kind, gentle and competent. He is a very skilled doctor! The nurses were kind, competent and compassionate as well..I also had botox by the lead surgeon. He was so kind he brought tears to my eyes during my consult. I was so nervous about the discomfort post procedure. I went out to dinner the same night. I walked 6 km around beautiful Prague the next day, day 3, I walked 10 km and on day 4, I walked 11km. I have just had liposuction a tummy tuck and breast implants and augamentation. I'm amazed at how different I look. Thanks to the team at forme clinic and dr. Benes who reformed my surgery. It is painful but so worth it.

After a long decision I decided to have my procedure done at the Formé clinic in Prague with Dr Vasek . I had great communication with them befor I went , I knew exactly what was going to happen and ask every question under the sun in regards to the procedure and was totally satisfied with there responses with what I was having done I was nervous but the staff and the doctor were all great , put my mind at ease , made me feel totally comfortable , I'm so pleased I had it done , They picked me up at the airport to take me to my hotel and then again the following morning to take me to the clinic. The procedure took about an hour ,there was no pain it was all very professional and as of now the results are fantastic (it was only done 2 weeks ago). There is hardly any scarring and I'm sure within a couple of months they will be non. I totally recommend them 100% and if I needed anything else doing I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them . Had a SMAS Face & Neck lift at Forme clinic with Dr Vasek . I would highly recommend . The service from both PS & Forme clinic was EXCELLANT . The clinic was 5* plus. I felt very comfortable as soon as I arrived , nothing was too much trouble . I am currently 1 week post op . My pics are before & 2 days after . I have swelling which is going down each day . It's not painful at all just weird feeling - tightness . I have bruising on one side of face but nothing severe . I have been following all instructions carefully & bought the creams & wobenzym as recommended . I've wore the head bandage quite allot this week , sleep upright too . Thought that would really bother me as normally I sleep in feral position , virtually no pillow but, I'm used to it and slept fine . I get my stitches out after 10 days . TBH you don't feel the stitches at all it's more the tightness feeling your conscious of . We arrived in Prague on the Monday evening and did a superior tour in the old town on the Tuesday ( very good) had op Wednesday then went out sightseeing again on the Saturday ( took it easy but felt fine ) it's a beautiful city and a shame to visit and not see it . Flight home was fine . I put my head bandage on , just out my hood up no one noticed . Just felt better too because of flight pressure . Oh forgot to mention Dr Vasek advised me to get Botox . Allot cheaper than uk and fab result . So overall so far so good . Excited to see the final result as it can be between 3 & 6 months I've been told . But, each day I see it looks better. The price also is thousands cheaper than UK with A1 service . Hope my review helps & good luck x

I have written a review because I am grateful to the Forme team but also because of my experience with Graves disease. A number of factors led me to access treatment abroad and not just the difference in cost which is significant. Having had two consultations in UK I felt that there was a reluctance (not a refusal) to treat me because I have graves disease – which I did not find encouraging. Around the time I was first considering Blepharoplasty I can remember stepping into a mirrored lift on the way to a meeting and feeling shocked by my appearance. I had experienced a series of significant bereavements and it felt as though the grieving had left its mark across my face. How much the graves disease contributed to my fatty eyebags I don’t know but I looked beaten up and like I had a permanent black eye. I delayed access treatment for another year to ensure there were no developments with my eyes and now I am very pleased with my decision to choose Forme Clinic. If I was to complete a cost benefit analysis I would say that having a reason to travel alone to Prague was a huge bonus. It is the most amazing place and the architecture is awe-inspiring. I didn’t experience any anxiety until just before the surgery because I was positively distracted by the environment. The clinic is very efficient, providing for me a unique medical experience with no delay or faffing around. The staff gave me half a tablet prior to the surgery which did concern me because I realised that I would be aware throughout the procedure. Dr Vasek said that sedation was unnecessary and on reflection I would agree with him. When the local anaesthetic was injected I felt my eyes become numb and heavy as they closed. They stayed closed throughout the procedure. I could only see the bright light through my eye lids and feelings of pressure but no pain. It felt as though someone was tugging on my eyelashes. I can remember being surprised by how quickly the first lid was done and not feeling worried about the other three because it was OK. All four lids took less than an hour. After the treatment I was glad that I had not been sedated as I was alert enough to go out and see more of Prague. I had a session with frozen peas (which are more supple than the gel masks the clinic give you) then went to visit a nuclear bunker. The whole experience was entirely positive. Dr Vasek is a confident and skilled surgeon and the clinic staff ensure that it runs efficiently. There was no need to take any painkillers at all afterwards and I would say the worst thing was the itching between days 2-5. This did torment me to the point I was making fists with my toes and I was worried about scratching my eyes during the night. I did not expect to heal so quickly and have had no problems at all with my eyes / lids and have been able to read, use computers etc. I look more alert, less annoyed and have no eye bags. I expected some improvement to my eyes but did not expect symmetry because my eyes were different to start with. I noticed after the surgery that the incisions around my eyes had been made differently and now my eyes look the same. Dr Vasek must have factored in the eye difference - I think that he is amazing. I am not planning any more treatments but would not hesitate to recommend the clinic to friends. Thank you Forme Rachel UK

I had upper and lower eyelid surgery on the 1st September at forme clinic in Prague ..the surgeon was Dr Vasek. From my initial contact via email to the actual day of the surgery they were brilliant, always replied to emails straight away. Very helpful with any questions I had and even arranged a free transfer from the airport to my hotel. The surgery is clean and modern and in a perfectly safe and central location. I travelled on my own and it was absolutely fine. The surgery took and hour and was totally pain-free. After I left I had quite a bad bleed from my right eye and had to go back but the girl on reception was brilliant ans called the doctor and the nurse straight back . It was fine and nothing out of the ordinary but they reassured me and it was no problem at all. It's two months on now and the results are improving every day. I'm so happy and would highly recommend them to anyone. I'm sure I'll be back

I came from London, trusting the many positive reviews online and it really lived up to the praise! All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and they conducted extensive exams to make sure they accommodated all my needs. The surgeon was very explicit in explaining exactly what he intended the final result to be and even with the swelling and stitches, I can see that he did a wonderful job. I know for a fact that now I will feel confident. The nurses fid a wonderful job keeping me comfortable, happy and well fed around the clock. They also included everything such as food, care and post op medicine in the price so I was confident I was taken care of.
