I arrived at forme clinic on the 5th Oct, had full range of tests to ensure I was in good health prior to surgery. I had a consultation with both Dr Vasek and Dr Benes for two different procedures to be preformed in one single operation. Dr Vasek was adamant that I did not need eye lid surgeries and that it would be a waste of money due to very tiny correction that could be achieved at present and that I was too young in his experienced opinion. In my consultation with Dr Benes he told me that I would ideally benefit from more liposuction to a further 2 areas to achieve a better results. In my original quote I was only advised to have 1 area liposuctioned, therefore paying for an additional 2 areas would of been difficult had I still goneed ahead with eyelid surgery. Thankfully the money I saved on not having eyelid surgery covered the cost of the extra lipo. It was a more costly abominalplasty plus lipo surgery compaired to some of the other ladies at the clinic I had talked to but I believe this was due to my tummy carrying substantial excess fat and a more lengthy procedure. Once out of surgery, I was cared for by the clinic nurses who were extremely professional and very caring ladies, nothing was too much for them and they ensured that I was well looked after. Dr Benes came to see me twice and explained how to proceed with aftercare and such on return to the UK. Dr Benes manner was approachable and friendly, he answered every question with patience. Finally, I was discharged on the 7th Oct with a full aftercare pack including: antibiotics, anti swelling tablets, pain killers, dressings, steri strIps and some medication to help boost my immune system and aid healing. I was given thorough explanations from Nurse about when to take Meds and when to change dressings. I also received typed instructions too. The clinic provided a taxi to cover all transfers needed which really was a huge help. All surgery, medications, food and drinks at clinic, nursing care, aftercare pack, compression garment and transfers were included in the price. I'm currently on day 5 after surgery and swelling has hit full force but despite this I am extremely happy with the results. I hope to go back next year for a breast lift!

To all of you thinking about using Dr. Benes and the staff at Forme Clinic in Prague, all I can tell you is that my personal experience has been THE ABSOLUTE VERY BEST! Results go far beyond my expectations; all the nurses, anesthesiologist and personal working at the Clinic are exactly what I needed. THE BEST! Professional, caring, and ALWAYS took the extra step to make me feel at ease and without pain! Dr. Benes is an artist! Extraordinary! Professional, compassionate and caring! I had a Mommy makeover on Monday with 2 sides lipo. Recovery certainly requires effort, but I am just sooo happy with the results and it has only been 6 days since my surgery. Totally worth it. My surgeon was Dr. Vasek. He is so kind. Clinic is really nice place in the center of the city. Everything was modern and clean and their care was superb. Definitely would use Forme clinic again.

My best friend recommended me this clinic after her successful rhinoplasty there. I needed to do something with my belly. I underwent tummy tuck surgery last year. I was really surprised by the clinic's standart. Their care was (with no doubt) the best I could get. Furthermore the result exceeded my expectations. And to be honest, I'm thinking about breast lift surgery there.

Fantastic procedure!!! Had liposuction done on the stomach area. I highly recommend Dr. Benes and his skilled hands. He is a sculptur, who really knows what he is doing. I felt completely secure in his hands. So much, that i am currently saving up for liposuction on another area. Had it done under local anaethetic, which turned out to be not the right choice for me. I have very sensitive nerves, which my dentist knows all about. So next time I will be under general anaestetic. Can also recommend Formé Clinic. The staff was so kind, supportive and always available. The price is totally worth it. The clinic is completely honest, service minded and very professionel. So happy that I chose this place!!! During my consultation with the wonderful Dr Benes it was mutually decided that I would get 460 cc Nagor, round, smooth, moderate projection implants. I was so happy to hear that he wasn't going to perform a lift and instead he corrected my drooping constricted breasts by skillfully using the sub-pectoral placement of the implants. This has given me full round perky beautiful breasts without any unsightly scars. Dr Benes also sculpted my new abdomen by performing a beautiful and surprisingly painless tummy tuck, my body was further contoured using liposuction of the flanks, hips and upper abdomen. For the first time in my life I have a body I can be proud of Thank you Dr Benes and the Forme clinic, you changed my life for the better.

I had a facelift done by MUDr Petr Jan Vasek at the Forme Clinic in Prague, Czech Rep. He is a great surgeon - totally professional and highly skilled. The results he achieves are very natural and a real improvement. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants this procedure done. I had my breast augmentation done with the Forme Clinic with a doctor (Vladimir Vasik) who no longer practices with them. Unfortunately my experience with Dr. Vasik was less than stellar, from the very start he did not want to listen to me, the results from the operation were uneven, and his after care was atrocious, blaming the results on me. The bright point in the whole experience was the Forme Clinic, specially Jana who does client relations. She listened to me from the very start, was patient, understanding, and was very professional. She sent my photos to their head surgeon for breast augmentation, Dr. Benes, and from there we started to get a second opinion. 6 months after my original surgery, I returned to Forme Clinic to have a revision surgery with Dr. Benes to correct the unevenness of my implants. Not only was Dr. Benes beside manner professional and understanding, but his results are phenomenal. He completely corrected the uneveness and the recovery was a BREEZE. I would recommend Dr. Benes and the Forme Clinic to anyone.

Dr Benes performed revision surgery on me 6 months after a disastrous experience with another doctor for my original breast augmentation. He listened to my concerns and I got amazing results. I had very noticeable unevenness from the original surgery, Dr. Benes was able to completely correct this. He came back in to check on me the evening of the surgery and even wanted me to stay an extra evening in the clinic just to make sure that everything was fine. I also want to note how professional and caring all the clinic staff are, especially Jana who does all the client relations.
