I had my surgery just a week ago, the clinic is fantastic, the staff put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Big thanks to Jana for taking such good care of me, she’s amazing! And Dr Vasek is a brilliant doctor with years of experience. I chose to stay in Prague for a week so that I could have the splint removed at the clinic before flying home. I am already happy with the results, just need to wait for the swelling to go down now. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Good day i spent a significant amount of time researching different recommended surgeons world wide to perform my procedure. i found the forme clinic via on an online forum with Dr Vasek being highly recommended with an endless list of happy customers. i emailed the clinic and was contacted promptly by his team, i meet with Dr Vasek who is very professional and clearly is very passionate about his job. the surgery went very well and 9 months later im very pleased with the final result , also a mention to receptionist jana Dostalova who was very helpful throughout. Hello, I live in France and I made a rhinoplasty on October 26, 2017. From beginning to end everything went very well. Before the operation, I had all the answers I needed by mail, and quickly. On arrival at the clinic, a warm welcome awaited me. Dr. Vašek is very professional, attentive and above all listening to my needs. The nurses were kind and caring with me. The atmosphere of the clinic makes you feel at home ... and I really do not exaggerate. And I was going to forget, Prague is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe! I had closed rhinoplasty with Dr Vasek at the Forme clinic in Prague. It was an amazing experience, there was pick up from the airport then dropped back to my apartment all included in the price, the only thing outside the price was flights and the apartment. The team greet you and get you to fill out forms - there's many forms which are either to do with legal or medical part of the procedure. The clinic then did a full health check on me - blood tests, height, weight, ECG, to make sure everything in your body is working properly, they're very thorough and even gave me general health advice for which I'm grateful! The doctor, anaesthetist, nurses all were so approachable & friendly. An initial consultation happens with Dr Vasek the consultant, and you discuss the aim of the operation. A few moments later, you are in the operating theatre. I spent a whole night there, then in the morning was seen again by the doctors - the consultant and the medical doctor, who again offer advice and tips on recovery and what to expect and then I was discharged with all the medications and paperwork too for flights. The nurses are amazing too and never more than a few metres away! I'm so pleased with the results and level of care that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family! If you have any questions, the Forme clinic are quick to reply and helpful too! Alternatively I don't mind answering any questions either :)
